@Ask_Spectrum I’ve called mobile support a few times about a new SIM card that was supposed to have been mailed out last week. I just find it odd that no confirmation email has ever been sent about it actually being mailed. Would you have any info on this?

So far in this first half I’ve had a pixelated picture the entire time, lost sound twice and a completely frozen picture three times. I’m very happy I play @GetSpectrum $140 a month for this. #terrible

@Ask_Spectrum thanks for telling me what I already knew which is there is an outage in Tampa. The whole no internet was kind of a clue. What would be nice is if you actually provided an update other then “techs are working on it.” We’d hope so by now - what we need are updates.

Day 2 with no internet after some windy weather yesterday, phone hotspot running low on data. @Ask_Spectrum hasn't updated their Service Outage alert since 1:57pm EDT yesterday. Fingers crossed I can work tomorrow y'all, please? 🤞🙏WFH is rough without fiber availability 😢
