Terms and Conditions: Homeschool Like a Pro Year Contract

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before proceeding with your subscription to the Homeschool Like a Pro Year Contract. By enrolling in this contract, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. 14-Day Trial Period:
Upon subscribing to the Homeschool Like a Pro Year Contract, you will receive a 14-day trial period during which you may cancel your subscription without any obligation. If you choose to cancel during this trial period, your subscription will be terminated, and no further charges will be applied.

2. Year Contract and Payment:
After the 14-day trial period, your subscription will automatically transition into a one-year contract. You will be billed for the full year's subscription amount as per the pricing outlined during your sign-up.

3. Chromebook Shipment:
Upon the successful completion of your 14-day trial period and payment for the full year's subscription, a Chromebook will be shipped to the address you provided during sign-up. Please note that the Chromebook will be sent after the trial period has ended and payment has been confirmed.

4. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of the Homeschool Like a Pro Year Contract will only be allowed during the 14-day trial period. Once the trial period has concluded and the Chromebook has been dispatched, no cancellations will be accepted. The full subscription amount for the year will be non-refundable.

5. Ownership and Returns:
The Chromebook provided as part of the Homeschool Like a Pro Year Contract is considered your property upon successful shipment. Returns or exchanges of the Chromebook after delivery are subject to the terms and conditions of the Chromebook provider.

6. Subscription Renewal:
At the end of the one-year contract, your subscription will be automatically renewed for another year unless you choose to cancel. You will receive notifications prior to renewal to allow for any necessary changes.

7. Usage Rights and Responsibilities:
By using the Homeschool Like a Pro resources and materials, you agree to abide by all applicable copyright and usage rights. The materials provided are for personal use and may not be redistributed or used for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Modifications and Updates:
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the provided contact information and will be effective upon posting.
